Nothing this week. The next meeting related to the city’s Land Use Plan is expected to take place on Thursday, March 12, 2026, where the Planning Commission will consider the future land use map and recommendations.
There will then be meetings/public hearings about the plan on April 13, April 23, May 4, and May 18, 2026 (final adoption date).

Public hearing for adoption of the 2045 Vision Whitefish Community Plan (Land Use Plan)
We anticipate that this hearing will be continued to March 16, 2026. We anticipate final adoption of the plan on that date.

The Whitefish Planning Commission completed its review of the city’s draft Land Use Plan and forwarded the plan onto the City Council for its review, which will begin tonight (March 2).
