- Realtor.com’s latest April 2026 Montana report shows the state’s median home list price holding steady at $595,000, supported by a 14.6% year-over-year increase in active listings. While home shoppers are gaining more choices, renters face growing pressure as the median statewide rent climbed 7.29% to $1,928 per month.
