Columbia Falls Kickoff Event On November 13, 2025 @ 6 p.m. + new website & Survey

Columbia Falls is ready to start creating its new Land Use Plan, and it has launched a new website with information. This website provides some general information and a timeline (see below), and we anticipate that regular updates will be posted here throughout the process. You can enter your name and email on the “Engage” tab to stay updated along the way.

The city has also launched a survey to gain feedback from the community as it begins its long-term planning process that will culminate in a new Land Use Plan and a new zoning ordinance.

Lastly, the city will host a Joint Planning Commission/City Council meeting on November 13, 2025, starting at 6 p.m. at Columbia Falls City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is for a Land Use Plan Kickoff Event with consultants Cushing Terrell.
